Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at steve@soaringlab.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

 

Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email steve@soaringlab.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective, or

  • We made an error with your order

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at steve@soaringlab.com, and we will help you place a replacement order (subject to availability).
